Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Honours), (University of Calgary, 2023); Master of Physical Therapy, (Western University, 2026)
ABOUT:
Sophia completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary before pursuing her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University. She is passionate about helping people feel their best, stay active, and get back to doing what they love.
Sophia has a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, and concussion rehabilitation. Having grown up as a competitive dancer, she understands the important role movement and sport can play in our lives and enjoys working with dancers, runners, and active individuals.
Her approach combines patient education, hands-on manual therapy, and progressive exercise prescription, helping patients feel confident in their recovery and empowered to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
