ABOUT:

Sebastian completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University in 2016 after moving from Hong Kong, where he grew up. He went on to earn his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, UK in 2022. With previous experience providing hospital-based care in general medicine, Sebastian enjoys working with individuals from all backgrounds and has a particular interest in sports-related rehabilitation. Drawing on his background in personal training, he emphasizes exercise-based therapy to promote independence and long-term success for his clients. Outside of work, Sebastian stays active through soccer, weightlifting, and running.

Sebastian can provide services in English and Spanish.
