ABOUT:
Kerrin completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary in 2010 before moving to Brisbane, Australia, where she lived and worked for 10 years. While there, she completed her Master of Physiotherapy at Griffith University, developing a strong foundation in evidence-based rehabilitation and patient-centered care.
Kerrin enjoys helping people stay active and get the most out of their training. She works with recreational runners, hybrid athletes, and individuals balancing strength training with endurance sports, helping them manage training load, prevent injury, and continue progressing toward their goals. Her approach focuses on practical strategies that keep people moving, resilient, and confident in their physical activity.
Kerrin also has a special interest in supporting pre- and post-natal patients, including pelvic floor physiotherapy and conservative care for infant feeding challenges. She is passionate about helping parents feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood.
